Urethane Systems Plus, Inc. offers reaction injection molding services for the production of premium quality strong, flexible, lightweight parts. Capable of tackling any unique product design challenges, our RIM services provide the flexibility to incorporate complex geometries, intricate detail, and multiple wall thicknesses into the same molded part.

We have the capacity to engineer and manufacture high-performance parts weighing as little as 50 g or as much as 400 lbs. Featuring a 36" x 12" work envelope, our equipment accommodates up to 20-cavity molds and allows us to maintain precise control of chemistry, clamping forces, and cure times meet the highest quality standards. Tolerances up to ±.005" are easily achieved. We also offer prototyping services as well as a variety of finish and coating options.

The combination of low-cost tooling and specialized production methods allow us to compete economically at low to intermediate volumes of up to 40,000 parts per year. We operate with extreme agility according to lean manufacturing principles, and offer short lead times and just-in-time deliveries. Our services are widely used by the automotive, recreational, medical, and furniture industries, just to name a few.
